Box Office Tycoon puts you in the producer's chair. You have ₹75 crore and six big decisions to make before your film hits the screens.
- Pick a genre — masala action, romance, comedy, horror-comedy, sports, thriller or family drama.
- Cast your lead, from a superstar to an unknown theatre actor.
- Hire a director, sort out the music and choose your shooting locations.
- Pick a release date — a big festival weekend, a quiet Friday, or straight to streaming.
- Name your film and release it!
Whatever money you don't spend goes into promotions. Some combinations work much better than others (romance loves a chartbuster album, thrillers love a festival-favourite director), and a little luck — a viral song, a leak, a box-office clash — can change everything. You get a trade-paper report with the opening day, weekend, lifetime collection and the final verdict, from Disaster to All-Time Blockbuster. Share it and see whose film earns the most.
