Dobble rules in 30 seconds
- Every card has 8 symbols.
- Any two cards always share exactly one symbol, never more and never zero.
- Find the matching symbol between your card and the other card, and tap it first.
- Tap a wrong symbol and you are frozen for 2 seconds, so don't just guess.
How to play Dobble online, step by step
- Open Dobble on borewho.in, type your name and create a room. You get a 5-letter room code.
- Share the code or invite link in your WhatsApp group.
- Friends open the link on their phones and join. Up to 10 players.
- The host picks a game mode and presses Start. After a 3-second countdown, the cards are dealt.
The four game modes
- The Tower: match your card with the centre card to win it. Most cards at the end wins.
- The Well: the whole deck is dealt. Match to throw your cards onto the Well. First to empty their pile wins.
- Hot Potato: match with an opponent's card to dump your pile on them. Fewest penalty cards wins.
- Poisoned Gift: match the centre card with an opponent's card to give it to them. Fewest cards wins.
